Bye-law No. 888 of 2011 prohibits the use of any fish hooks, other than single barbless hooks, and the use of worms, prawn or shrimp as bait in angling for all species of fish on this river. River Arigideen
This lovely river drains a catchment of 56 square miles and is primarily a Sea-Trout river but gets the occasional Salmon and Grilse during the Angling season.
Disabled angler access is available at Inchy Bridge.
Season - Salmon, 15th February to 30th September.
Sea-Trout, 15th February to 12th October.
